Construction projects structuring:

We have the capacity to advise clients on transactions relating to construction and infrastructure projects, including turnkey contracts, joint venture and consortia agreements, project development, and public procurement. Projects we have worked on housing projects and recreation areas. Currently we are working on a multi-billion smart city in Binga Zimbabwe.
